Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us with the reason you are not satisfied and why you would like a refund. We will decide if your reason is valid and no other alternatives can be arranged.

To be eligible for a refund of a product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you refund request or return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit in a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please note that the cost of the initial shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
